This site only explains the routes and takes enquiries. It takes no payments. If you decide to go ahead, your contract is with a separate company, which gives you its own privacy notice.

What we collect and why

The forms on this site are not connected yet, so nothing you type into them reaches us. Once they are:

• Case review form: your email, your answers and the page you sent it from. We use them to reply to you, because you asked us to.
• Checklist and monthly email: your email and the line you chose. We send them with your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Visits: PostHog counts the pages opened, where you came from, your country, your browser and device, quiz answers and form sends, so we can improve the site. It does not receive your email or form answers and does not keep your IP address. We set no cookies: a random number stays in your browser's session storage until you close the tab.

Who receives it

Our providers: Neon (database), Resend (email), Telegram (notices to Aleks and Ivan), PostHog (visit counts) and Railway (hosting). Some are outside the EU, mainly in the US. If you go ahead, we pass your enquiry to the company that provides the service. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries: 12 months after our last contact. Monthly email: until you unsubscribe. Visit counts: up to a year.

Your rights

Write to privacy@resilisto.com to see, correct, delete or move your data, or to object to how we use it. You can also complain to the Spanish regulator, the AEPD.
